DUE to COVID-19 Corona Virus, The National Curriculum and Textbook Board published a short syllabus for Business Studies Group Accounting Subjects earlier this year (in January 2021), effective immediately.

Additionally, the DSHE will distribute five assignments for the first Paper and five for the second Paper, with the first Paper being distributed first. 

Because of COVID-19, students are now required to participate in the Assignment Work, worth 50 Marks, for the HSC Exam in 2021 and 50 Marks For the Multiple Choice Question Test, which will be held in November 2021.

Because it will now count toward their grade point average on the HSC Exam in the year 2021, students must complete the Assignment solutions as soon as possible after receiving the assignment question. Therefore, the Accounting 1st Paper Subjects Chapter is reduced to only Five Chapters. These five chapters are: Second (হিসাবের বইসমূহ), Third (ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী), Fourth (রেওয়ামিল), Eighth (দৃশ্যমান সম্পদের হিসাবরক্ষণ), Ninth (আর্থিক বিবরণী)। As a result, DSHE will only include questions from these five chapters in the Accounting 1st Paper Weekly Assignment Question. হিসাব চক্র বলতে হিসাববিজ্ঞানের ধারাবাহিক কার্যপ্রক্রিয়া কে বুঝায়।  হিসাববিজ্ঞান চলমান প্রতিষ্ঠান ধারণা অনুসারে প্রতিষ্ঠান এর কার্যাবলী অনন্ত কাল ধরে চলতে থাকবে । এই অনির্দিষ্ট জীবনকে হিসাব কাকে বলে।  প্রত্যেক হিসাবকাল হিসাব সংক্রান্ত কার্যাবলী ধারাবাহিকভাবে চক্রাকারে সংঘটিত হয়।  হিসাব সংক্রান্ত কার্যাবলী এই পর্যায়ক্রমিক ধারাবাহিকতা এবং এদের পুনরাবৃত্তিকে হিসাব চক্র বলে। 

লেনদেন চিহ্নিতকরণঃ হিসাবচক্রের সর্ব প্রথম ধাপ হলো লেনদেন চিহ্নিতকরণ।  যেসব ঘটনা প্রতিষ্ঠান আর্থিক অবস্থার পরিবর্তন ঘটায় তাকে আর্থিক ঘটনা বা লেনদেন বলে।  এ কারবার প্রতিষ্ঠান এর অসংখ্য ঘটনা থেকে  আর্থিক ঘটনাগুলো সনাক্ত করা হিসাবচক্রের প্রথম ধাপ। 

 জাবেদা ভূক্তকরণঃ  হিসাব চক্রের ধাপ হলো জাবেদা ভূক্তকরণ। এ পর্যায়ে প্রতিটি লেনদেনের ডেবিট ও ডেবিট ও ক্রেডিট নির্ণয় করে  তারিখের ক্রমানুসারে ব্যাখ্যাসহ হিসাবের প্রাথমিক বইতে লিপিবদ্ধ করা কে জাবেদা বলে। 

খতিয়ানভুক্ত করণঃ  এটি হিসাবচক্রের তৃতীয় ধাপ।  জাবেদা ভুক্ত করার পর একটি নির্দিষ্ট হিসাব বইতে সমজাতীয় লেনদেনগুলোকে শিরোনামে পৃথক পৃথকভাবে  লিপিবদ্ধ করা হলে  তাকে খতিয়ানভুক্ত করন বলে। 

 রেওয়ামিল প্রস্তুতকরণঃ হিসাববিজ্ঞানের চতুর্থ ধাপ হলো রেওয়ামিল প্রস্তুতকরণ। এ পর্যায়ে খতিয়ানভুক্ত হিসাবের ডেবিট ও ক্রেডিট উদ্বত্ত নিয়ে তালিকাভুক্ত করা হলে তাকে রেওয়ামিল বলে।  খতিয়ান হিসাবের গাণিতিক শুদ্ধতা যাচাই এর লক্ষ্যে এবং আর্থিক বিবরণী প্রণয়ন সহজতর করার জন্য রেওয়ামিল প্রস্তুত করা হয়। 

সমন্বয় দাখিলাঃ  রেওয়ামিল প্রস্তুত এরপর একটি নির্দিষ্ট হিসাব কালের সঠিক নিট লাভ নির্ণয় করার জন্য  বকেয়া ও অগ্রিম আয়-ব্যয় গুলো সমন্বয় করতে যে জাবেদা দাখিলা  প্রদান করা হয় তাকে সমন্বয় জাবেদা বলে।

২০২১ সালের ৩১ মে তারিখে সাগর অ্যান্ড কোং এর নগদান বই মােতাবেক ব্যাংক জমার উদ্বৃত্ত ৪৮,৬০০ টাকা। গরমিলের কারণসমূহ নিম্নরূপঃ

• চেক ইস্যু করা হয়েছে কিন্তু ব্যাংক কর্তৃক ডেবিট হয়নি ৪,৫০০ টাকা।
• আদায়ের জন্য ৮,৫০০ টাকার চেক ব্যাংকে জমা দেওয়া হয়েছে কিন্তু ব্যাংক বিবরণীতে এখনাে লেখা হয়নি।
• অন্য একজন গ্রাহক কর্তৃক ইস্যুকৃত ১০,৫০০ টাকার একটি চেক ব্যাংক ভুলবশত অত্র হিসাবে ডেবিট করেছে।
• ব্যাংক লভ্যাংশ বাবদ আদায় করেছে। ১০,০০০ টাকা ।
• ব্যাংক সার্ভিস চার্জ বাবদ ১,৫০০ টাকা ডেবিট করেছে।
• একজন পাওনাদারকে ১২,০০০ টাকার একটি চেক ইস্যু করে ভুলে নগদান বইতে ১,২০০ টাকা লেখা হয়েছে।
• আদায়ের জন্য ব্যাংকে প্রেরিত প্রাপ্য বিল বাবদ ব্যাংক ৫১,০০০ টাকা আদায় করেছে যা নগদানভুক্ত হয়নি উক্ত বিলের লিখিত মূল্য ছিল ৫০,০০০ টাকা।

ক) উল্লেখিত লেনদেন থেকে গরমিলের কারণ বর্ণনা করো।

খ) উপর্যুক্ত তথ্যের আলোকে প্রচলিত পদ্ধতিতে একটি ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী প্রস্তুত করো।

গ) অপর্যাপ্ত তথ্যের আলোকে সংশোধিত যে পদ্ধতিতে একটি ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী প্রস্তুত করো।

ক) ব্যাংক বিবরণী মোতাবেক ব্যাংক ডেবিট অর্থ ব্যাংক জমার হার।

খ)প্রচলিত সকলেই করতে হবে।

গ) খ এর ফলাফলের ভিত্তিতে করতে হবে।

২০২১ সালের ৩০ জুন তারিখে সবুজ ট্রেডার্সের | নগদান বই এবং ব্যাংক বিবরণীর উদৃত্তের মধ্যে গরমিল পরিলক্ষিত হয়। নিম্নে এ সংক্রান্ত প্রয়ােজনীয় তথ্য উপস্থাপন করা হলাে:

১। নগদান বই অনুযায়ী ব্যাংক জমাতিরিক্তের পরিমান ৬০,০০০ টাকা।

২। ১৫,০০০ টাকা ও ২০,০০০ টাকার দুইটি ইস্যুকৃত চেকের মধ্যে ২য় চেকটি ৩০ জুনের | মধ্যে পরিশােধের জন্য ব্যাংকে উপস্থাপিত হয়নি।

৩। ১০,০০০ টাকা ও ৯,০০০ টাকার দুইটি চেক আদায়ের জন্য ব্যাংকে জমা দেয়া হয়েছিল। ৩০ জুনের মধ্যে ১ম চেকটি ব্যাংক কর্তৃক আদায় হয়নি।

৪। ব্যাংক কর্তৃক লভ্যাংশ আদায় ৫,০০০ টাকা নগদান বইতে লেখা হয়নি।

৫। প্রদেয় হিসাবের ১০,০০০ টাকা ব্যাংক কর্তৃক পরিশােধিত হয়েছে। যা নগদান বইতে লেখা হয়নি।

৬। প্রাপ্য হিসাবের নিকট থেকে প্রাপ্ত ২,০০০ টাকার একখানি চেক নগদান বইতে ভুলে দুইবার ক্রেডিট করা হয়েছে অথচ ব্যাংক বিবরণীতে যথারীতি ক্রেডিট করা হয়েছে।

৭। ব্যাংক জমাতিরিক্তের সুদ ৫,০০০টাকা নগদান বইয়ে লেখা হয়নি।

• নগদান বই ও ব্যাংক হিসাবের উদ্বৃত্তের পার্থক্যের কারণ উদঘাটন করতে পারবে।
• ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরনী প্রস্তুত করতে পারবে।
• নগদ অর্থের স্বচ্ছতা নিশ্চিতকরণ করতে পারবে।
• ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী তৈরি করার উদ্দেশ্য বর্ণনাকরণ।
• নগদান বই ও ব্যাংক বিবরণীর উদ্বৃত্তের গরমিলের কারণ চিহ্নিতকরণ।
• নগদান বইয়ে লেনদেন লিপিবদ্ধকরণ। *ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী প্রস্ততকরণ।

১. ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরনী তৈরি করার উদ্দেশ্য বর্ণনা

আমানতকারী ব্যাংকের সরবরাহকৃত পাস বইয়ের জেল এবং তার নগদান বইয়ের ব্যাংক কলামের জের অমিল দেখতে পেলেই আমানতকারী নিজেই এ অমিলকে সমম্বয় সাধনের জন্য ব্যাংক সমা বিবরণী তৈরি করে। নিয়ে এ বিবরণী তৈরির উদ্দেশ্য বর্ণনা করা হলাে?

১. আমানতকারীর সন্তুষ্টি লাভ ও নগদান বইয়ের ব্যাংক কলামের উদ্বৃত্ত ও পাস বইয়ের উদ্বৃত্তের। মধ্যে যে পার্থক্য দেখা যায় তা যদিও সঙ্গত কারণেই হয়ে থাকে, তথাপি আমানকারী এ অমিল জের দেখে সন্দিহান হয়ে পড়ে । আমানতকারীকে সন্দিহানমুক্ত করাই হচ্ছে ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণীর মুখ্য উদ্দেশ্য।

২. ভুল বােঝাবুঝির অবসানঃ নগদান বইয়ের ব্যাংক কলামে জেল ও পাস বইয়ের জেল অমিলের জন্য আমানতকারী ও ব্যাংকের মধ্যে ভুল বােঝাবুঝি সৃষ্টি হতে পারে। ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী প্রস্তুত করে এ ভুল বােঝাবুনির অবসান ঘটানাে হয়।

৩. নিরীক্ষা কার্য সম্পাদন ঃ নিরীক্ষককে নগদান বইটার ন্যাংক কলামের জের ও পাস বইয়ের জেরের মধ্যে গরমিল থাকার অন্তর্নিহিত কারণগুলাে তার জানা আবশ্যক হয়ে পড়ে। ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী থেকে নিরীক্ষক গরমিলের কারণগুলাে জানতে পারে এবং সুষ্ঠুভাবে নিরীক্ষা কার্য পরিচালনা করতে পারে ।

৪. সঠিক আর্থিক চিত্র তুলে ধরা ও চূড়ান্ত হিসাব তৈরি করার পূর্বে ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী তৈরি করে সঠিক আর্থিক চিত্র তুলে ধরা যায় এবং সঠিক স্থিতির পরিমাণ জানা যায়।

৫, আস্থা অর্জন আমানতকারী ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী তৈরি করে উভয় জেরের গরমিলের কারণগুলাে সম্পর্কে জানা পারে। ফলে তার ব্যাংকের উপর আস্থা অর্জিত হয়। পরিশেষে বলা যায়, ব্যাংক কর্তৃক সরবরাহকৃত পাস বই বা ব্যাংক বিবরণী এবং নগদান বইয়ের ব্যাংক কলামের জেলের মধ্যে অমিলের কারণগুলাে খুঁজে বের করে দুটি জের মিলকরণের বা সমম্বয়া সাধনের জন্য ব্যাংক সমন্বয় বিবরণী প্রস্তুত করা হয়।

২. নগদান বই ও ব্যাংক বিবরনীর উদৃত্বের গড়মিলের কারন

নগদান বই ও পাশ বইয়ের জেরের মধ্যে গরমিল দেখা দেয়ার প্রধান কারণ দুইটি ।

যথা ঃ ক. সময় গ্যাপ ও খ, ভুল।

নিমে এগুলাে সম্পর্কে আলােচনা করা হলোঃ

ক. সময় গ্যাপ ঃ অনেক সময় দেখা যায় ব্যাংক হিসাব সংক্রান্ত কোনাে দফা আমানতকারী নগদান বইতে হিসাবভুক্ত করেছে কিন্তু ব্যাংক তথ্য না পাওয়ার কারণে উহা পাশ বইতে হিসাবভুক্ত করেনি বা ব্যাংক কোন দফা পাশ বইতে হিসাবভুক্ত করেছে কিন্তু আমানতকারী সে তথ্য না জানার কারণে উহা নগদান বইতে হিসাবভুক্ত করেনি। সাধারণত সময় পাপের কারণে এ সমস্যাগুলাে হয়ে থাকে।

সারা গাপের কারণে গরমিলের দা গুলো নিরূপঃ ১. পরিবহনাধীন জমা বা ট্রানজিটে জমা ঃ আমানতকারীর জাসমূহের যে পরিমাণ অর্থ ব্যাংক, ব্যাংক বিবরণী প্রদানের দিন সময় পর্যন্ত জমা করতে পারেনি তাকে পরিবহনাধীন জুমা বলা হয়। ফলে উভয় বহির মধ্যে গরমিলের সৃষ্টি হয়।।

২, বকেয়া চেক/ অপরিশােধিত চেক ও আমানতকারী কর্তৃক ইস্যুকৃত চেকসমূহের যে সকল ছেকের অর্থ ব্যাংক এখনও প্রদান করেনি সে সকল চেককে বকেয়া চেক বলে। বকেয়া চেকের ফলে উভয় বহির মধ্যে গরমিলের সৃষ্টি হয়।

৩. ডেবিট মেমােরেন্ডাম ও কিছু কিছু কারণে ব্যাংক আমানতকারীর হিসাব ডেলিট অর্থাৎ জমা হ্রাস করে থাকে এবং একটি চিঠিতে ডেবিটের কারণ উল্লেখপূর্বক চিঠিটি ব্যাংক বিবরণীর সাথে। আমানতকারীর নিকট পাঠিয়ে দেয়। উক্ত চিঠিটাকেই ব্যাংক ডেবিট মেমােরেন্ডাম বলে । ডেবিট মোমাের ফলে উভয় বহির মধ্যে গড়মিলের সৃষ্টি হয়।

৪. ক্রেডিট মেমােরেন্ডাম ঃ কিছু কিছু কারণে ব্যাংক আমানতকারীর হিসাব ক্রেডিট অর্থাৎ জমা বৃদ্ধি করে থাকে এবং একটি চিঠিতে ক্রেডিটের কারণ উল্লেখপূর্বক চিঠিটি ব্যাংক বিবরণীর সাথে আমানতকারীর নিকট পাঠিয়ে দেয়। উক্ত চিঠিটাকেই ব্যাংক ক্রেডিট মেমােরেন্ডাম বলে। ক্রেডিট মােমের ফলে উভয় বহির মধ্যে গড়মিলের সৃষ্টি হয়।
