“Seriously easy to use and clean layouts.”

Not much to say, the website itself is pretty awesome. Anyone else reading this - human to human I tried several other websites but they're all $#*!. This one was really easy to use and I made a nice clean resume, it got me the job I wanted to that's also a +1. Be aware you are going to get charged 19.95 USD after you buy it but like myself I just went and cancelled my account 2 weeks later. They're a little pushy about keeping your account alive. They'll offer a special for you to pay 10 USD and maybe even 5 USD in desperate measures. I would support this website if I had some extra cash but my bank is a little depressing at the moment. Other than that, cancellation was fine. Website is great, I never write reviews but I recommend this place for sure :)

“Not what I wanted”

I searched for a tool that would help me reduce my resume from 2 pages to 1. This site made it seem like they could. Only once I had paid for it did I realise that the resume was still 2 pages. Good luck with trying to delete your account. They will confirm they have cancelled your subscription but that is not what you requested. Deleting an account is not the same as cancelling a subscription.

They advertise with free resumes on the Internet. So I saw an internet ad a month ago and used it for $1. Since then, I haven't even used a resume, but they keep it, so they took it from my card for $35 a week. I just took it twice without any notice. This is really ridiculous and upsetting. I stumbled on this site and tried their $1.90 trial. Forgot about it but after 14 days I was automatically enrolled into their monthly subscription and charged $34.90. I tried to get a refund, explained to them I'm unemployed because of the pandemic and needed my mo way back but they locked me in with the initial trial agreement. Scam! Bastards! Remember to unsubscribe after 14 days.

I would give them a 0 star if possible. I have been trying for 2 years to get this site to pull down my name and telephone number from a sample resume. 4 emails, multiple chats and phone calls and supposedly they cannot do anything about it. It is impossible to have anything taken down once it is up on that site. TERRIBLE!

If this is not Fraud, what is it?

If this is not a fraud, then why auto-debiting my bank card every month without my consent and for no reason? I reached out to the customer service via Live Chat to lay my complaints about this fraudulent acts. They told me to provide my account ID which I did. They told me they cannot find any active account with my email address at their own end. Sound funny. I asked them if that is so, why am I able to login on my account with thesame email address I provided them? And if they claims they cannot find active account on their end, WHY have they continued to be auto-debiting my bank card? These question were never responded to. They further requested for my first 4 digits and last 6 digits of my card to trace transaction and requested I send them screenshot of my bank statement showing the debited amount and date. This was a case of auto-debiting my bank card on August 16th (last week, Friday) and this case were reported to them same day and up till this moment, there is no further feedback from them despite my continued emails sent to them. Today, I just found out that they did this same thing by auto-debiting my bank card without my consent in the month of July 19th and never refunded the money. Resumehelp.com has charged my bank card for $23.90 (£18.68 equivalent) TWICE, amounting to a total of $47.8 (£37.36 equivalent) so far on my bank card. The sad thing, they told me there is no option on their website to REMOVE my bank card. If this is not a fraud, tell me what it is?

Don't make your CV through this web site. this is fake. they are hacking your account when you paid and firstly they charged the exact amount and after they charged a huge amount without your authorization. Horrible customer service no refund!

Horrible customer service they try to keep you on. Its like pulling teeth to try and cancel. I sent an email to cancel my services but was still charged for 2 months at $23.85 and when called to speak with customer service, I was hung up on. Called back to speak to a manager, after being on hold for more than 45 min I was told no one was available! After arguing with the person who could not comprehend English, told me that they can only refund $7.95 from the $48 I was charged for 2 months! Be aware do NOT subscribe!
