Selain guru siswa juga mau tak mau harus bekerja keras untuk bisa mempersiapkan diri dalam mengikuti pelaksanaan ulangan kenaikan kelas di sekolah. Siswa harus banyak belajar mulai dari materi awal hingga materi akhir sesuai dengan jenis materi yang telah di berikan oleh guru di sekolah masing-masing.

Pada kesempatan kali ini kherysuryawan.id akan membagikan sebuah referensi soal-soal PAT/UKK untuk mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris kelas 8 SMP. Adapun soal PAT/UKK Bahasa Inggris kelas 8 yang akan di bagikan ini yaitu soal PAT/UKK Bahasa Inggris kelas 8 untuk semester 2 kurikulum 2013.

Ondel-ondel   is very popular in Jakarta. It is a giant doll with a horrible face. The male ondel-ondel is dressed like a man. He has a sword at his hip and shawl over his shoulder. Its head is decorated with colourful paper string.

Ondel-ondel is made of bamboo structure. Its face is made of wood-mask. Its hair is made of palm-fibre. A man inside the structure moves dropping. A pair of ondel-ondels is usually preformed to celebrate a child circumcision. Traditional music like gambang kromong, gasidah, tanjidor, or gendang pencak, acompanies with procession. Of course children are interested in following it.

In the old days, people believed that a couple of ondel-ondel were the manifestation of God and Goddess who would protect the circumcised boy from danger or evil. New ondel-ondel is performed to welcome guest in opening ceremonies held in Jakarta and places nearby.

Polda Sumatera Utara (Sumut) mengkonfirmasi terkait adanya laporan dugaan pungli di SMAN 8 Medan .

Kabid Humas Polda Sumut Kombes Pol Hadi Wahyudi mengatakan, saat ini pihaknya tengah menyelidiki dugaan pungli tersebut.

“Saat ini sedang berproses di tahap penyelidikan. (Unit) yang menangani Subdit Tipikor Ditreskrimsus Polda Sumatera Utara,” ungkap Hadi dikutip dari KompasTV , Selasa (25/6/2024).

Pihak kepolisian telah mengirimkan undangan kepada sejumlah pihak untuk dimintai klarifikasi terkait laporan dugaan pungli di SMAN 8 Medan.

Selain itu, Polda Sumut juga berkoordinasi dengan Inspektorat Provinsi Sumut untuk mengusut kasus tersebut.

Penjelasan kepala sekolah

Kepala Sekolah (Kepsek) SMAN 8 Medan Rosmaida Purba membantah bahwa M tidak naik kelas karena laporan dugaan pungli tersebut.

Menurut Rosmaida, M tidak naik kelas murni karena persoalan absensi yang dilakukan oleh siswi itu.

Pihaknya menyebutkan, di semester satu M pernah 11 hari tanpa keterangan, lima hari sakit, dan izin empat hari. Sehingga jumlah absen keseluruhannya 20 hari.

"Di semester dua anak ini sakit enam hari, izin tiga hari, tanpa keterangan 23 hari. Jadi seluruhnya untuk di semester dua ini seluruhnya adalah 32 hari," ujar Rosmaida dilansir dari Kompas.com , Selasa (25/6/2024).

Total, M tidak hadir sekolah dalam satu tahun sebanyak 52 hari. Sementara izin dan sakit yang diajukan oleh M totalnya hanya 18 hari. Dengan kata lain, M tidak hadir sekolah sebanyak 34 hari tanpa keterangan.

"Ada tiga kriteria untuk menentukan kelulusan siswa, dan siswi yang bersangkutan itu terkena kriteria kehadiran. Karena dalam satu tahun total ketidakhadirannya tanpa keterangan mencapai 34 hari," ungkap Rosmaida.

Ia menyebutkan, jumlah hari aktif belajar dalam satu tahun yakni sebanyak 266 hari. Sementara sekolah itu menggunakan kurikulum 2013.

Dalam kurikulum tersebut, kata dia, maksimal absensi atau ketidakhadiran siswa adalah 10 persen dari total hari aktif belajar mengajar.

Berdasarkan Permendikbud Nomor 23 tahun 2016 butir E di pasal 10 bahwa kenaikan kelas ditentukan berdasarkan rapat dewan pendidik atau rapat dewan guru.

"Jadi di sekolah ini kami tetapkan tiga kriteria untuk kenaikan kelas. Dari tiga itu, siswi ini terkena di poin ketidakhadiran. Bukan di poin nilai, meskipun urutannya secara nilai dia peringkat 28 dari 30 siswa," tutur dia.

Meski demikian, Rosmaida tak menampik jika ia dilaporkan oleh orangtua M ke polisi atas dugaan pungli pada Februari 2024 lalu.

Bahkan, Rosmaida mengaku dirinya sudah menjalani sidang dengan agenda pemberian keterangan.

Ia menyebutkan, M mulai sering tidak hadir ke sekolah sejak dirinya dilaporkan ke pihak berwenang.

"Kami kirimkan surat pemanggilan ke orangtuanya untuk menanyakan penyebab kehadiran. Tapi tidak ada hadir orangtuanya," kata dia.

Lebih lanjut, Rosmaida berharap tidak ada lagi pihak yang menyangkutpautkan laporan polisi atas dugaan pungli oleh dirinya dengan M yang tidak naik kelas.
