Walt Disney birth and family : दोस्तों, वॉल्ट डिज़नी का जन्म 5 दिसंबर 1901 को अमेरिका (U.S.) के शिकागो स्थित इलिनोइस में हुआ था। उनके पिता का नाम, एलियास डिज़्नी था, जो एक पेरिपेटेटिक बढ़ई, किसान और निर्माण ठेकेदार थे। जबकी उनकी मां का नाम फ्लोरा कॉल था और वे एक पब्लिक स्कूल की शिक्षिका थीं। वॉल्ट डिज़नी अपने माता-पिता की चौथी संतान थे।

वॉल्ट डिज़नी ने अपने बचपन का ज्यादातर समय मिसौरी राज्य के मार्सेलिन में ही बिताया था, जहां उन्होंने पड़ोसियों और परिवार के दोस्तों को चित्र बनाना, पेंटिंग करना और बेचना शुरू कर दिया था। लगभग चार सालों तक मार्सेलिन में रहने के बाद, वर्ष 1911 में उनका परिवार कैनसस सिटी में शिफ्ट हो गया।

Walt Disney Education : वॉल्ट डिज़्नी ने शिकागो के मैकिन्ले हाई स्कूल से अपने शुरुआती शिक्षा पूरी की। बाद में उन्होंने उसी स्कूल में ड्राइंग और फोटोग्राफी की कक्षाएं भी लीं और स्कूल के पेपर के लिए योगदान देने वाले कार्टूनिस्ट भी थे। उन्होंने शिकागो के कला संस्थान में भी पाठ्यक्रम लिया था।

Walt Disney Career : महज 16 वर्ष कि उम्र में वॉल्ट डिज़्नी ने सेना में शामिल होने के लिए स्कूल छोड़ दिया था। लेकिन कम उम्र होने के कारण वे सेना के लिए अयोग्य पाए गए जिसके कारण वे सेना में भर्ती नहीं हो सके। इसके बाद, वह रेड क्रॉस में शामिल हो गए। जहाँ उन्हें प्रथम विश्वयुद्ध मे स्वयं सेवक की सेवा में एम्बुलेंस चलाने के लिए एक साल के लिए फ्रांस भेजा गया। उन्होंने अपने एम्बुलेंस को रंग-बिरंगे कार्टूनों से सजा दिया था। वर्ष 1919 में वह वापस यू.एस आ गए।

फ्रांस से लौटने के बाद, वॉल्ट डिज़्नी ने विज्ञापनों के लिए एक अखबार के कलाकार के रूप में कार्टून बनाना शूरू कर दिया। उन्होंने अपना करियर बनाने के लिए कैनसस सिटी चले गए। वह कार्टून मोशन pictures बनाना चाहते थे। इसलिए वे एक Cartoon Animator बन गये। जहाँ उन्होंने अपना खुद का एक एनिमेशन बिजनेस खोलने के बारे में सोचा। वर्ष 1920 में उन्होंने महज 19 साल की उम्र में अपनी कंपनी शुरू की। डिज़्नी और हरमन ने मिलकर अपने कार्टून को प्रदर्शित करने के लिए एक स्थानीय कैनसस सिटी थिएटर के साथ एक सौदा किया था, जिसे उन्होंने “लाफ-ओ-ग्राम्स” का नाम दिया। बचपन के दिनों से ही वे जीवो के कार्टून बनाया करते थे। उस समय के दौरान, उनके पास किराया चुकाने के पैसे भी नहीं हुआ करते थे और कई बार तो उन्हें भुखे ही रहना पड़ता था। उस दौरान उनके एक भी कार्टून नही बिके थे।

कैनसस सिटी में अपनी कार्टून सीरीज के बुरी तरह असफल होने के कारण वह बुरी तरह से कंगाल हो गए थे। एक बार तो उन्हें एक समाचार संवाददाता ने यह कहकर नौकरी से निकाल दिया था की, ” वह सुस्त हैं, और उनमे कल्पनात्मक और सर्जनात्मक विचारो की कमी है। “ इतना ही नही, वह कई बार दिवालिये हुए। वॉल्ट डिज़्नी एक हॉलीवुड एक्टर भी बनना चाहते थे, लेकिन ऐसा हो नहीं पाया। तीन साल बाद, वर्ष 1923 में उन्होंने हॉलीवुड में जाने के लिए कैनसस सिटी को छोड़ दिया। ताकि वह अपने बचपन के सपने को पूरा कर सके।

लेकिन फिर बाद में, उन्होंने एक स्टूडियो खोला। और कुछ समय बाद अपने स्टूडियो मे एक छोटी एनीमेशन “Alice in Cartoonland’ और ‘Oswald the Rabbit’ बनाई। उनके इस एनीमेटेड फिल्म के द्वारा उन्हें कुछ हद तक कामयाबी मिली। लेकिन ये ज्यादा दिनों तक टिक नहीं सकी। उनके कार्टून बहुत फेमस थे। लेकिन वर्ष 1923 तक, उनका स्टूडियो कर्ज के बोझ से दब गया, जिसके कारण डिज़्नी पुरी तरह से दिवालिया हो गए।

उन्होंने “Plane Crazy” नामक पहला मूक (silent) कार्टून बनाया। क्योंकि, उस समय के दौरान फिल्मो में आवाज की तकनीक विकसित नही हुई थी। इसके बाद उन्होंने “स्टीम बिली” में मिक्की माउस को एक स्टार की तरह पेश किया। 18 नवबर 1928 को उनके द्वारा बनाया गया यह कार्टून न्यूयार्क में दिखाया गया था।

मिकी माउस अब तक का सबसे लोकप्रिय कार्टून है। मिकी माउस का को बनाने वाले का नाम वाल्ट डिज्नी  Walt Disney था। वाल्ट डिज्नी एक निर्माता, निर्देशक और एनिमेटर थे। वाल्ट डिज्नी कंपनी जो हॉलीवुड की एक बड़ी फिल्म मेकर कम्पनी है, वाल्ट डिज्नी ने ही बनाई थी।

वाल्ट डिज्नी का जन्म 5 सितम्बर 1901 को अमेरिका के न्यूयॉर्क शहर में हुआ था। वाल्ट डिज्नी के परिवार की आर्थिक स्थिति सही नही थी। 16 वर्ष की आयु में वाल्ट डिज्नी Walt Disney ने घर घर अखबार बांटने का कार्य किया था। इस कार्य के साथ साथ वाल्ट डिज्नी ने पढ़ाई को भी जारी रखा। वाल्ट डिज्नी को बचपन से ही कार्टून बनाने का बहुत शोक था।

वाल्ट डिज्नी को कार्टून बनाने का पहला काम एक सैलून के मालिक ने दिया था। सैलून मालिक डिज्नी से रोज एक कार्टून बनवाता और उसे अपनी दुकान के बाहर लगा देता था। इस तरह की मार्केटिंग से सैलून में कस्टमर बढ़ गए। इन कार्टून को बनाने से डिज्नी को 25 सेंट मिलते थे जिससे उनकी पढ़ाई का खर्चा निकल जाता था।

द्वितीय विश्व युद्ध के समय वाल्ट डिज्नी ने रेडक्रॉस में ड्राइवर की नौकरी भी की थी लेकिन यह नौकरी भी छूट गयी। इसके बाद वाल्ट डिज्नी ने विज्ञापन कम्पनी में बतौर आर्टिस्ट नौकरी कर ली। इसी कम्पनी में कार्य करते हुए डिज्नी ने कार्टून बनाने शुरू किए थे और उनके बनाये कार्टून लोकप्रिय होना शुरू हो गए। यही वो समय था जब वाल्ट डिज्नी ने अपनी सफलता की शुरुआत की थी।

1932 में वाल्ट ने पहली रंगीन कार्टून फ़िल्म लावर्स एंड ट्रीज बनाई थी। वाल्ट डिज्नी को अपने कैरियर के दौरान 7 निजी ऑस्कर अवार्ड मिले थे। 1955 में वाल्ट डिज्नी ने डिज्नीलैंड तैयार किया था।

जन्म स्थान – वाल्ट डिज्नी का जन्म 5 सितंबर 1901 को शिकागो में हुआ था . वाल्ट डिज्नी केे पांच भाई बहन थे . वाल्ट डिज्नी का विवाह लिलियन डिज्नी से हुआ था . वाल्ट डिज्नी  एक अच्छे चित्रकार , अमेरिका के बेहतरीन फिल्म निर्माता,  निर्देशक , एनिमेटर ,  लेखक , उद्यमी थे . जिन्होंने उस समय में कई ऐसी  कार्टून फिल्में बनाई थी जिस फिल्म को बनाने में काफी मेहनत लगी थी और उस समय किसी प्रकार के साधन नहीं थे .  उन्होंने कार्टून फिल्मों के माध्यम से अपने जीवन को सफल बनाया था .  डिज्नी बचपन  से ही एक अच्छे चित्रकार बनना चाहते थे . उन्होंने 7 वर्ष की आयु में एक अच्छी तस्वीर बनाई थी और उस तस्वीर को अपने पास में रहने वाले पड़ोसी को बेची थी .

वह बचपन से ही अच्छे हंसमुख एवं आसपास के लोगों का मनोरंजन किया करते थे . उन्होंने कार्टून फिल्मों के साथ साथ मनोरंजन धारावाहिक सीरियल में भी काम किया था  और उन धारावाहिक सीरियल में भी उनको सफलता मिली थी . आज सभी उनको एक अच्छे फिल्म निर्माता और मनोरंजन कार्टून  के निर्माता के रूप में जानते हैं . उन्होंने कभी भी अपने जीवन में हार नहीं मानी थी . वह कभी भी यह नहीं सोचते थे कि हम जो काम कर रहे हैं उसने हमें सफलता प्राप्त होगी या नहीं  . उनका मानना था  कि हम जो काम कर रहे हैं उस  काम को मेहनत एवं लगन से करना चाहिए .

उस काम को करने से पहले हमें परिणाम के बारे में नहीं सोचना चाहिए . परिणाम जो भी हो हमें सिर्फ पूरी मेहनत से उस काम को करना चाहिए . उनका मानना था  कि हमारा जीवन सिर्फ हमारे लिए ही  नहीं बल्कि दूसरों के लिए भी जीना   चाहिए . इसी उद्देश्य से वह कार्टून बनाया करते थे . इसी सोच से उन्होंने कई लोगों का मनोरंजन किया था और आज वह अमेरिका के एक अच्छे निर्माता,निर्देशक के रूप में जाने जाते हैं .

शिक्षा – जब वाल्ट डिज्नी  7 वर्ष  के हुए थे तब उन्होंने अपनी प्रारंभिक पढ़ाई शिकागो से प्रारंभ की थी . वह पढ़ाई के साथ साथ चित्रकला में  अपना दिमाग लगाया करते थे . उन्होंने  शिकागो के एक स्कूल से अपनी प्रारंभिक पढ़ाई पूरी की थी . बाद वह कॉलेज में ग्रेजुएशन करने के लिए चले गए थे . उन्होंने ओफ फाइन आर्ट्स अकैडमी के रात्रि  कॉलेज में दाखिला ले लिया था जहां से उन्होंने स्नातक की उपाधि हासिल की थी .

उपलब्धियां – वाल्ट डिज्नी की 7 वर्ष की आयु के बाद से ही  उनके दिमाग में एक ही बात चल रही थी कि वह एक अच्छे चित्रकार बने और उन्होंने अपने सपने को पूरा करने के लिए रास्ते बनाए थे .  वह अपने सपने को पूरा करने के लिए उस रास्ते पर चल पड़े थे . वाल्ट डिज्नी के माता पिता उनको बचपन में जब चित्रकला की ओर बढ़ते हुए देखते थे तब बाल्ट  डिज्नी   को   सपोर्ट करते थे . वाल्ट डिज्नी को देख कर माता पिता यह सोचते थे कि यह लड़का आगे चलकर जरूर एक सफल चित्रकार बनेगा . बाल्ट डिज्नी  ने  आपनी 7 वर्ष  की आयु में एक बेहतरीन फोटो बनाई थी और उस फोटो को देखकर आप पड़ोस के लोग आश्चर्यचकित हो गए थे की इस छोटे से लड़के ने ऐसी तस्वीर कैसे बनाइ होगी .  सभी लोग वाल्ट डिज्नी की प्रशंसा करने लगी थे .  पढ़ाई पूरी करने के बाद बाल्ट डिज्नी रेडक्रॉस सोसाइटी में शामिल हो गए  थे . वह रेड क्रॉस सोसाइटी में एक एंबुलेंस चलाते थे . उन्होंने एंबुलेंस पर काफी कार्टून के चित्र बनाए थे उन  चित्रों को देखकर सभी को अच्छा लगता था . सन 1920 में वाल्ट डिज्नी ने कार्टून एनिमेटर बनाए थे जिसमें उनको सफलता मिली थी . 1928 में मिकी माउस कार्टून बनाया था और प्लेन क्रेजी नामक पहला कार्टून उन्होंने बनाया था . उन्होंने अपने इस पहले कार्टून को 18 नवंबर 1928 को न्यूयॉर्क के एक कार्यक्रम में दिखाया था . उनकी इस  सफलता से काफी लोग खुश हुए थे . उन्होंने अपनी  सफलता के इस सफर को यही नहीं रोका बल्कि और आगे ले  गए और 1932 में उन्होंने फ्लॉवर्स एंड ट्रीस के लिए काम किया था . फ्लॉवर्स एंड ट्रीस  फिल्म बहुत ही सफल रही थी . 21 सितंबर 1933 को अपनी पहली लंबी फिल्म स्नो वाइट एंड सेवेन द्वार्फस बनाई और वह फिल्म बहुत सुपरहिट रही थी .  वाल्ट डिज्नी ने 11 मिलीयन डॉलर से डिज्नीलैंड बनाया था और वह डिज्नीलैंड पूरी दुनिया में प्रसिद्ध है .  पूरी दुनिया से कई  लोग घुमने के लिए आते है .  जब 1980 में सर्वे कराया गया कि डिज्नीलैंड घूमने के लिए पूरी दुनिया में कितने लोग आते हैं तब पता चला कि 1980 तक  डिज्नीलैंड को घूमने के लिए सभी देशों से ढाई सौ मिलियन लोग आ चुके थे .

विवाह – वाल्ट डिज्नी ने 1925 को  लिलियन डिज्नी से विवाह कर लिया था . जिनके द्वारा उनके दो पुत्र हैं जिनका नाम डाएन डिजनी मिलर, शेरोन मए डिजनी है .

पुरस्कार –  वाल्ट डिज्नी ने  एकेडमी पुरस्कार जीता था . बीसवीं शताब्दी के दौरान मनोरंजन के क्षेत्र में अपने योगदान के लिए उनको मनोरंजन पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया गया था .

मृत्यु – वाल्ट डिजनी का निधन दिसंबर 1966 को हुआ था .

डिज्नी का परिचय.

walt disney एक अमेरिकन फिल्म निर्देशक, निर्माता और animator (कार्टून बनाने वाले दिग्दर्शक) थे. walt disney का जीवन कल्पना, सर्जनात्मकता (creativity), विश्वास और आशावाद से प्रेरित था. वाल्ट ने विश्व को कुछ प्रसिद्ध कार्टून character दिए. इन्होने disneyland की स्थापना की, शुरुआत में वाल्ट की रूचि कला (art) में थी, अपने पड़ोसियों को वह अपनी drawing बना कर बेचा करता था.

1901 में शिकागो में जन्मे, डिज़्नी ने ड्राइंग में प्रारंभिक रुचि विकसित की। उन्होंने एक लड़के के रूप में कला की कक्षाएं लीं और 18 साल की उम्र में एक व्यावसायिक चित्रकार के रूप में नौकरी मिल गई। वह 1920 के दशक की शुरुआत में कैलिफोर्निया चले गए और अपने भाई रॉय के साथ डिज्नी ब्रदर्स स्टूडियो की स्थापना की। Ub Iwerks के साथ, उन्होंने 1928 में मिकी माउस का चरित्र विकसित किया, जो उनकी पहली अत्यधिक लोकप्रिय सफलता थी; उन्होंने प्रारंभिक वर्षों में अपनी रचना के लिए आवाज भी प्रदान की।

उसने कला में ही अपना करियर बनाने की भी सोची और अपना करियर बनाने शिकागो के mckinley high school निकल पड़े . वाल्ट सेना में भर्ती होना चाहते थे लेकिन कम उम्र के कारण walt disney को सेना में भर्ती होने से रिजेक्ट कर दिया गया था, इसकी जगह वाल्ट रेड क्रोस में शामिल हो गए. विश्व में वह मनोरंजन के क्षेत्र मे किये गए कार्यो से प्रसिद्ध हुए.

WALT DISNEY का संघर्ष

walt disney की कामयाबी का सफ़र कभी भी आसान नहीं रहा और इस दौरान उन्हें कई कठिनाईयों और असफलताओ का सामना करना पड़ा. disney प्रथम विश्वयुद्ध से जब सेवक की सेवा करके लौटे तो अपने भविष्य के बारे में सोचने के लिए उनके पास काफी समय था. वह कार्टून मोशन pictures बनाना चाहते थे, 1920 में उन्होंने केवल 19 साल की उम्र में अपनी कंपनी बनाई. वह बचपन से ही प्राणियों के कार्टून बनाया करते थे.

इसी समय उनके पास किराया चुकाने के पैसे नहीं थे और कई बार उन्हें बिना खाये रहना पड़ता था, वह एक भी कार्टून बेचने में कामयाब ना हो पाए. kansas सिटी में अपनी कार्टून सीरीज के बुरी तरह असफल हो जाने के कारण वह कंगाल हो गए. एक बार उन्हें एक समाचार संवाददाता ने यह कहकर निकाल दिया की वह सुस्त है और उनमे कल्पनात्मक और सर्जनात्मक विचारो की कमी है. वह कई बार दिवालिये हुए, वह हॉलीवुड एक्टर भी बनना चाहते थे पर ऐसा ना हो पाया. तिन साल बाद उन्होंने हॉलीवुड के लिए kansas सिटी को छोड़ दिया ताकि वह अपने बचपन के सपने को पूरा कर सके. बाद में उन्होंने एक स्टूडियो सेटअप किया. कुछ समय बाद छोटी एनीमेशन ‘alice in cartoonland’ और ‘oswald the rabbit’ के द्वारा कुछ कामयाबी हाथ लगी, लेकिन ये ज्यादा दिनों तक कायम ना रह सकी. वाल्ट को सफलता अपने पहले पात्र मिक्की माउस से मिली.

WALT DISNEY की DISNEYLAND की कल्पना

वाल्ट ने परेशानियों और अपनी असफलताओं से कभी हार नहीं मानी. उन्होंने कई बिजनेस शुरू किये लेकिन सभी असफल हो गए और दिवालियापन उसका परिणाम हुआ . वह बड़ी कामयाबी हासिल करना चाहते थे इसलिए अपने सृजनात्मक विचारो का प्रयोग करना उन्होंने नहीं छोड़ा. 1940 में उन्होंने एक मनोरंजन पार्क बनाने का विचार विकसित किया जहा पार्क के कर्मचारी अपने बच्चो और परिवार के साथ समय बिता सके.

children fairyland की अपनी यात्रा के दौरान कईयों ने इस विचार में योगदान दिया. उन्होंने इस विचार की रूपरेखा दुसरो के सामने प्रस्तुत की. और इसे बनाने में दिन रात एक कर दिए, 1955 में एक लाइव टीवी कार्यकर्म के दौरान उन्होंने अपने नए बनाये amusement park यानि dysneyland को इस आशा के साथ प्रस्तुत किया की यह लोगो के लिए आनंद और प्रेरणा का स्त्रोत बन सके. लोगो के लिए खुला यह सबसे लोकप्रिय पार्क था जो की walt dysney की कल्पना और विचार का परिणाम था. वह यही नहीं रुके उन्होंने water parks, motion pictures और resorts भी बनाये.

डिज़नी निजी तौर पर एक शर्मीला, आत्म-हीन और असुरक्षित व्यक्ति था, लेकिन उसने एक गर्म और बाहर जाने वाले सार्वजनिक व्यक्तित्व को अपनाया। उनके पास उन लोगों से उच्च मानक और उच्च अपेक्षाएं थीं जिनके साथ उन्होंने काम किया। यद्यपि आरोप लगाए गए हैं कि वह नस्लवादी या यहूदी विरोधी थे, लेकिन कई लोगों जो उन्हें जानते थे ने इसका खंडन किया है ।

किंडरगार्टन से शुरू करके प्राथमिक और माध्यमिक विद्यालय और फिर बारहवीं कक्षा तक की हमारी यात्रा तक, स्कूल एक ऐसा स्थान बन जाता है जहां हम न केवल पढ़ते हैं बल्कि बढ़ते हैं, खुद को स्थापित करते हैं, मेलजोल बढ़ाते हैं, दूसरों से दोस्ती करते हैं, मदद की पेशकश करते हैं और प्यार का अनुभव करते हैं। यह एक निरंतर साथी की तरह है जो हमारे शुरुआती वर्षों से लेकर जीवन के अंत तक हमारे साथ रहता है। स्कूल में हम सभी खुशी से पढ़ते हैं, सभी दोस्त एक-दूसरे पर भरोसा करते हैं, खुशी के पल बांटते हैं और साथ मिलकर नए कार्यों और उत्सावों के लिए तैयार रहते हैं।

मेरा स्कूल आधुनिक शिक्षा को क्लासिक वास्तुकला के साथ खूबसूरती से जोड़ता है। पुरानी इमारतें न केवल देखने में आश्चर्यजनक हैं; वे नए उपकरणों से सजी हैं। मैं अपने स्कूल को शिक्षा के एक स्तंभ के रूप में देखता हूं, जो मुझे ज्ञान और नैतिक मूल्य दोनों प्रदान करती हैं।

किसी स्कूल की पहचान बनाने में शिक्षण स्टाफ का बहुत महत्व होता है। वे किसी भी शैक्षिक समुदाय की रीढ़ होते हैं, छात्रों को सीखने और समझने के लिए मार्गदर्शन करते हैं, अच्छी आदतें और मूल्य पैदा करते हैं।

मेरा स्कूल हमारे शैक्षणिक प्रदर्शन को बेहतर बनाने के साथ छात्रों के समग्र विकास को प्राथमिकता देता है। यह एक्स्ट्रा कैरिकुलर एक्टिविटीज के लिए एक सहायक वातावरण प्रदान करता है, यहां प्रत्येक छात्र पर ध्यान दिया जाता है, साथ ही यह आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ावा देता है।

जो चीज़ मेरे स्कूल को असाधारण बनाती है, वह इसकी मान्यता है कि हर एक जगह खास है। मेरे स्कूल में एक पुस्तकालय, कंप्यूटर कक्ष, खेल का मैदान और बास्केटबॉल कोर्ट जैसी सुविधाएं हैं, जिससे यह सुनिश्चित होता है कि छात्रों के पास उनकी ज़रूरत की हर चीज़ हो।

मेरे लिए, मेरा स्कूल एक शैक्षणिक संस्थान से बढ़कर है; यह मेरा दूसरा परिवार है। अद्भुत मित्रों, उत्कृष्ट शिक्षकों और स्कूल की यादों से भरपूर परिवार। मुझे अपने स्कूल से प्यार है क्योंकि यहीं मैं एक अच्छा नागरिक बनना और अपने लक्ष्यों को हासिल करना सीखता हूं।  यह एक ऐसी जगह है जहां दोस्ती बिना किसी निर्णय के बनाई जाती है और करीबी दोस्तों के साथ समय बिताना आरामदायक लगता है, चाहे स्थिति कोई भी हो।

मेरे स्कूल ने ऐसे पाठ पढ़ाए हैं जो इतने मूल्यवान हैं कि मैं उन्हें एक वाक्य में प्रस्तुत नहीं कर सकता। यहां की सीख अपूरणीय हैं, और मैं उनके लिए अविश्वसनीय रूप से आभारी हूं। उदाहरण के लिए दोस्तों के साथ चीज़ें बांटना और अन्य लोगों के प्रति प्रेम भावना। यहीं पर मैंने जानवरों की सहायता करना सीखा और बाद में इसी प्रेम के चलते मैने एक पालतू जानवर भी गोद लिया। 

स्कूल न केवल शैक्षणिक ज्ञान के बारे सिखाते हैं; 

मेरा स्कूल हमें एक ज़िम्मेदार व्यक्ति बनने के लिए भी प्रेरित करता है। मैने यहां बहुत सारे कौशल सीखे जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों चर्चा या घरेलू कार्यों का प्रबंधन करना, मुश्किल की परिस्थिति में धैर्य से काम करना ये सभी वास्तविक दुनिया में आवश्यक हैं। 

कार्यों में नए विचारों को अपनाना और ज़रूरत पड़ने पर उनका प्रयोग करना, जिससे मुझे ग्रेड से परे अपनी कार्य क्षमता के बारे में सिखाया गया।

विद्यार्थियों के प्रति समर्पित शिक्षकों की बदौलत स्कूल के माहौल में कलात्मक कौशल विकसित हुआ। इससे मुझे अंतर-स्कूल प्रतियोगिताओं में भाग लेने और पुरस्कार अर्जित करने का मौका मिला। सबसे अधिक महत्वपूर्ण में अपने स्कूल में असफलता का सामना और अपनी महत्वाकांक्षाओं को कभी न छोड़ने के बारे में सीखा। 

स्काउट्स और गाइड्स से लेकर खेल और सांस्कृतिक गतिविधियों तक पाठ्येतर गतिविधियों ने मेरे स्कूल के अनुभव को समृद्ध किया। शिष्टाचार, चरित्र विकास और नैतिक शिक्षा पर हमारे प्रिंसिपल के दैनिक व्याख्यान ने मेरे मूल्यों को आकार दिया।  मैं आज जो भी हूं उसका श्रेय अपने स्कूल को देता हूं, इसे सर्वश्रेष्ठ संस्थान मानता हूं।

स्कूल का एक और महत्वपूर्ण सबक टीम वर्क है। यह अक्सर पहली जगह होती है जहां बच्चे अपने से भिन्न लोगों के साथ सहयोग करना सीखते हैं। यह समझना कि टीम की सफलता प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के योगदान पर निर्भर करती है, छात्रों में स्थापित एक बुनियादी सिद्धांत है, जो उन्हें टीम में मिलकर और व्यक्तिगत उपलब्धियों दोनों के लिए तैयार करता है।

संक्षेप में कहूं तो, एक प्रतिष्ठित स्कूल का हिस्सा बनना मेरे लिए एक जबरदस्त व्यक्तिगत विकास यात्रा रही है। मेरे चरित्र को ढालने और अमूल्य शिक्षाएँ प्रदान करने के लिए मैं अपने विद्यालय का बहुत आभारी हूँ। जो मित्रताएं बनीं और असाधारण शिक्षकों का मार्गदर्शन वे खजाने हैं जिन्हें मैं हमेशा संजो कर रखूंगा। मेरा लक्ष्य अपने स्कूल द्वारा स्थापित मूल्यों को बनाए रखना, जीवन में सफल होने का प्रयास करना और उस संस्थान को सम्मान दिलाना है जिसने आज मैं जो कुछ भी हूं उसे आकार देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है।

भारत सॉफ्टवेयर के क्षेत्र में एक महा-शक्ति है। भारतीय पूरे विश्व में सूचना और प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में अपना परचम लहरा रहे हैं। राष्ट्रीय प्रौद्योगिकी संस्थान देश के ऐसे निकाय हैं जो देश के प्रतिभाशाली युवाओं को प्रशिक्षण देकर इस क्षेत्र में अपना निरंतर योगदान दे रहे हैं। लेकिन इसके बावजूद भी देश की अधिकांश जनता डिजिटल रूप से सक्षम नहीं थी। देश को डिजिटल रूप से साक्षर तथा जनता को डिजिटली सक्षम करने के लिए जुलाई 2015 को डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत की गई। इसके अंतर्गत सरकार द्वारा आम- नागरिकों तक सरकार द्वारा संचालित विभिन्न पहलों, सूचनाओं तथा प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता लाने के लिए इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग द्वारा डिजिटल इंडिया प्रोग्राम की शुरूआत की गई। जिसे प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने हरी झंडी दिखाई।

डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम के मूल रूप से तीन सिद्धांत है:

आईटी: इंडियन टैलेंट- पहला सिद्धांत भारतीय कौशल पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना हैं। भारतीय युवाओं के कौशल को प्रशिक्षण के माध्यम से विकसित कर उनका सर्वांगीण विकास डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम का प्राथमिक उद्देश्य है। इसके अंतर्गत सरकार द्वारा स्किल इंडिया डिजिटल (एसआईडी) की शुरुआत की गई। स्किल इंडिया डिजिटल (एसआईडी) एक व्यापक डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म है जिसका उद्देश्य भारत में कौशल, शिक्षा, रोजगार और उद्यमिता परिदृश्य का समर्थन करना है।

आईटी: इन्फॉर्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी- डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम का दूसरा उद्देश्य सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी का विकास है। इसके अंतर्गत दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों तथा छोटे गावों के युवाओं को सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में साक्षर करके उन्हें आत्म-निर्भर बनाना है। सरकार का मूल लक्ष्य एक इंटरनेट हाइवें का निर्माण कर भारत के कोने-कोने को इंटरनेट तथा मोबाइल कनेक्टिविटी के माध्यम से जोड़ना है।

आईटी: इंडिया टुमॉरो- डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम का तीसरा उद्देश्य देश के डिजिटल भविष्य की कल्पना को साकार करना है। देश डिजिटल रूप से साक्षर हो तथा सभी नागरिक सरकार द्वारा चलाई जाने वाली सभी डिजिटल पहलों तथा सुविधाओं का लाभ उठा सकें, यह ही इस कार्यक्रम का मूल उद्देश्य हैं।

डिजिटल इंडिया पर निबंध (Essay on digital india in hindi) : डिजिटल इंडिया की संकल्पना

डिजिटल इंडिया की मूल रूप से तीन संकल्पनाएं हैं। जिसमें सबसे पहले प्रत्येक नागरिक के लिए डिजिटल इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर/अवसंरचना एक उपयोगी सुविधा के रूप में प्रदान करना हैं। एक विकसित राष्ट्र के लिए एक छोर से दूसरे छोर तक जुड़ाव होना बेहद जरूरी है। यदि भारत के छोटे-छोटे गावों तथा क्षेत्रों को हाई स्पीड इंटरनेट तथा ब्रॉडबैंड सेवा के माध्यम से जोड़ दिया जाये, तो भारत के प्रत्येक नागरिक तक सरकार द्वारा चलाई जानें वाली ई-सेवा तथा सामाजिक लाभ प्रदान करने वाली पहलों को वास्तविक रूप से पहुंचाया जा सकता है। इसके साथ ही दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले नागरिक देश के बाकी हिस्से से भी आसानी से जुड़े रह सकते हैं।

इस कार्यक्रम के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है:

देश के नागरिकों को मूल सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए हाई-स्पीड इंटरनेट की उपलब्धता।

प्रत्येक नागरिक को डिजिटल, ऑनलाइन तथा प्रमाणीकृत पहचान (आईडी) प्रदान करना।

मोबाइल फोन तथा बैंक अकाउंट से नागरिकों की डिजिटल तथा वित्तीय क्षेत्रों में भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करना।

कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर तक पहुँच प्रदान करना।

सुरक्षित तथा संरक्षित साइबर स्पेस प्रदान करना।

डिजिटल इंडिया की दूसरी मूल संकल्पना मांग आधारित शासन और सेवाएं प्रदान करना है। सरकार विभिन्न पहलों की शुरुआत नागरिकों को सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए करती है। लेकिन यह सुविधाएं आम-जन तक नहीं पहुँच पाती हैं। देश के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों से लेकर देश के शहरी क्षेत्रों तक सरकार द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली विभिन्न सुविधाओं को प्रत्येक नागरिक तक कुशलता तथा पारदर्शिता के साथ पहुंचाना एक बेहद जरूरी लक्ष्य है। इसके लिए ही एक डिजिटल अवसंरचना का निर्माण किया गया है, ताकि नागरिकों तक विभिन्न सुविधाएं आसानी से पहुँच पाएँ।

मांग आधारित शासन और सेवाओं के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है:

सभी विभागों अथवा अधिकार क्षेत्रों में समेकित रूप से मूल सेवाएं प्रदान करना।

ऑनलाइन तथा मोबाइल के माध्यम से कम समय में सेवाओं को प्रदान करना।

व्यापार को अधिक सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए डिजिटल एप्लिकेशन का प्रयोग करना।

वित्तीय लेन-देन को नकदी रहित (कैश-लेस) बनाना।

निर्णय समर्थन प्रणाली तथा विकास के लिए जीआईएस का उपयोग करना।

नागरिकों को डिजिटल रूप से साक्षर करना इस कार्यक्रम की तीसरी संकल्पना है। भारतीय नागरिकों डिजिटल रूप से सशक्त बनाना बेहद जरूरी है। इंटरनेट तथा मोबाइल के माध्यम देश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के लोगो में समानता स्थापित की जा सकती है। डिजिटल नेटवर्क के माध्यम से देश के नागरिक आसानी से एक-दूसरे से जुड़ सकते हैं। डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य देश के नागरिकों को डिजिटल रूप से साक्षर करना तथा डिजिटल संसाधनों का सहयोगपूर्ण उपयोग कर देश को डिजिटल रूप से सशक्त बनाना है। डिजिटल साक्षारता तथा डिजिटल संसाधनों का भारतीय भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होना भी इस संकल्पना का अभिन्न भाग है।

इस संकल्पना के अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया गया है:

सार्वभौमिक डिजिटल साक्षारता का लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना।

सार्वभौमिक रूप से सुगम्य डिजिटल संसाधन प्रदान करना।

डिजिटल संसाधनों का भारतीय भाषाओं में उपलब्ध होना।

नागरिक भागीदारी के लिए डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म प्रदान करना।

डिजिटल इंडिया पर निबंध (Digital India in hindi) : डिजिटल इंडिया के कार्य क्षेत्र क्या हैं?

डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम का कार्य-क्षेत्र बहुत ही वृहत है। जिस देश की अधिकांश जनसंख्या तकनीकी शिक्षा से दूर हो, उस देश में लोगो को प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में साक्षर करना एक बेहद ही चुनौतीपूर्ण कार्य है। ऐसे कुछ कार्य-क्षेत्र सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित किए गए है है। डिजिटल इंडिया कार्य क्षेत्र इस प्रकार हैं:

भारत के नागरिकों को डिजिटल रूप से साक्षर करना।

भारतीय प्रतिभा, सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तथा भावी भविष्य को सकारात्मक रूप से परिवर्तित करना।

परिवर्तन को सक्षम करने के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी पर ध्यान केंद्रित करना।

महत्वपूर्ण योजनाएं बनाना जो विभिन्न विभागों को कवर करती हैं।

डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम कई मौजूदा योजनाओं को पुनर्गठित और पुन: केंद्रित करके सुगठित तरीके से लागू किया जाएगा । डिजिटल इंडिया के रूप में कार्यक्रमों की सामान्य ब्रांडिंग, उनके परिवर्तनकारी प्रभाव को प्रस्तुत करती है।

डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम भारत की आवश्यकता है। समय के साथ चलना बेहद जरूरी है। यदि किसी देश की जनता समय के साथ परिवर्तित नहीं होगी और सकारात्मक परिवर्तनों को स्वीकार नहीं करेगी तो ऐसे देश का कभी विकास नहीं हो सकता। इसलिए डिजिटल इंडिया कार्यक्रम भारत की आवश्यकता के रूप में उभर के सामने आया है।

Indian actor Rajkummar Rao plays the lead role in new Hindi film 'Srikanth'.

Indian actor Rajkummar Rao, best known for his stellar performances in movies such as Omerta and Trapped , is back in theatres with yet another landmark film of his career. Rao plays a visually impaired man who beats all odds to become a successful entrepreneur in the new Hindi film Srikanth . The box office numbers of the film are not too impressive - it only managed to cross the one million dollar-mark in the opening weekend. However, given the limited release of the film and its small budget, the number is quite respectable. According to producers T Series, the film has scored $1.4 million in three days since the release in India. Globally, it has grossed $1.7 million over the first weekend.

Srikanth is directed by Tusshar Hiranandani ( Saand Ki Aankh ) and also features Sharad Kelkar, Jyothika, Alaya F and Jameel Khan in important roles. Written by Jagdeep Sidhu and Sumit Purohit, Srikanth is based on the real-life story of India’s Srikanth Bolla. Bolla fought a legal battle against the Indian education system to secure his studies in Science, and eventually became the visually impaired entrepreneur who featured in Forbes Asia’s 30 Under 30 in 2017 .

After a worldwide opening of $500,000 on Friday, the collections for the film saw a steep rise as a result of the rave reviews and good word-of-mouth that Srikanth has received. The collections on the second day doubled up to $930,000.

Co-produced by T-Series and Chalk N Cheese Films Production LLP, the film is a biopic on Bolla whose life story makes for an inspiring and positive watch. Hiranandani and his writers have woven a grasping tale of warmth, compassion, motivation and humanity. Rao essays the role of Bolla in the film and Jyothika plays his mentor and guide. Kelkar essays the role of a warm-hearted investor-turned friend while Alaya plays Bolla’s wife.
