Revaluation of 2019 Answer Script

Ignou improvement exam.

As per IGNOU, students with 2% marks less than the marks required to secure first/second Division in Bachelor’s programme may fill the improvement exam form. In the same way, students of Master degree programmes who have scored 2% marks less than 55% requirement can appear for the improvement exam.

About IGNOU Term End Examination

IGNOU conducts term-end exams twice in a year- once in June and the second in December. IGNOU TEE June 2020 is expected to be scheduled from the first to last week of June. The date sheet is supposed to be available by May. IGNOU TEE Admit card is issued a little while before the exam.

Students who want to appear for the term-end examination, must have to complete their registration for courses on time. They must have to submit assignments before deadlines wherever applicable. Candidate must also deposit the examination fee. IGNOU will declare result only if all the conditions are fulfilled.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University, IGNOU has recently released the Term End Results or TEE Results December 2019 for all Undergraduate and Master's courses, (UG and PG Courses), on the official website of the University. The candidates can check their results on the official website ignou.ac.in. The University had declared the Early Results in January end 2020 after which the TEE Results had been declared yesterday, that is on February 19, 2020. Those candidates who cannot check their results can follow the instructions given below.

• The candidates can go to the official website of IGNOU
• Go to the results section on the homepage
• Click on the Grade card menu on the left side of the homepage          To check grade card of other courses click here 
• Now select the course you want the grade card for and click on it
• Enter your programme and your enrollment number
• Your grade card will appear in front of you
• Download the grade card and save it for future reference

IGNOU TEE Results 2020: How to calculate marks

The candidates after the results want to know how to calculate their marks obtained. They must know that their Theory papers hold a weightage of 70% of the total marks whereas the Assignment paper carries 30% of the weightage of marks. The candidates must add the marks in this weightage achieved and bring it to a total. All the subjects marks should be added in this ratio and the total must be divided by 1200(as this is the total score).

For example, if you have scored 80 in the theory exam and 70 in the assignment you must add 70% of theory marks which is 56 in theory and 21 in the assignment and reach the total of 77 marks overall.

IGNOU TEE Result 2019: What to do if you cannot see the result

Many times the candidates cannot see their results on the official website. They must not panic at all. This happens commonly to many of them. The candidates in case of no result release must wait for the second update on the result.  IGNOU has done this in many instances. The results that have not been released in the first update are released on the second update. Candidates are advised to keep a check on the official website of the university and visit the website in one to two days of the release of the result.

IGNOU Revaluation Form

The students who have been failed in any course or some one who has not got good marks as per their expectation can fill up Ignou revaluation form to improve their marks. Students have to apply for revaluation within one month after declaration of result of any particular course.

IGNOU Exam Form June 2020

The students who have been failed and do not wish to apply for revaluation can appear in term end examination which will be conducted in June 2020. Students will be able to fill up IGNOU Exam form June 2020 from 1st March 2020.The examination fee per course is Rs.150/-.

The assignment status will show you when the evaluation is done. The university will start updating your marks on the grade card as soon as the evaluation of the assignments is done. So, you must check the grade card after the assignment status says you to do so.

As you see your grade card, you can check whether the university has updated your assignment marks on it or not. If the search results are leading to an error, this means the university has not yet started updating the grade cards of the students for this semester.

What If IGNOU Assignment Status Is Not Updated?

Sometimes the update process of IGNOU Assignment status gets delayed for an unknown reason like the evaluation of assignments is delayed in the concerned study centre or maybe the regional centre has not uploaded your assignment marks online. Candidates can wait till the declaration of the result to get updates on their assignment but if you are not able to find your assignment status or marks even after the release of the TEE Result then you need to connect with centre where you submitted your assignments.
