IGNOU Grade Card 2022 - Latest Updates, Grade Card Status, Incomplete Grade

IGNOU Grade Card 2022 - The Term End Exams (TEE) is given by IGNOU in two phases: June TEE and December TEE. The IGNOU December TEE will take place in March 2023, while the June TEE was held from July 22 to September 5. The June TEE IGNOU 2022 grade card will be made available soon. While the December TEE grade card won't be available until April 2023.

The IGNOU Grade Card is a performance report that gathers all of the information you need about your program and reports in one place, including theory marks, practical marks, assignment marks, and project marks (if applicable) for each subject. You can evaluate the impact of your diligence and writing abilities in your chosen course in this manner.

IGNOU Grade card Status 2022: Latest Updates

You can view your grades for each subject in the program you chose on the Results page from IGNOU University. The BA program, B.Com, B.Sc., and Associates program are all included in the Bachelor's degree program on the BDP grade card above. On the same page as the grade card report, candidates can see their status. A candidate has successfully completed their IGNOU program if they receive the minimum required marks, and at the university's convocation, they are then eligible to receive a degree certificate.

How To Download IGNOU Grade card Status 2022

To get your Grade Card for any of the programs on your screen, just follow a few simple steps listed below:

• First, we advise you to click on the link to our grade card.
• You are now in the section for the online grade card, so simply type in your 9- or 10-digit enrollment number.
• Choose the appropriate option from the drop-down menu (such as BDP, BA, CBCS, or Other).
• Choose your program from the drop-down menu at this point.
• and when you are finished, click the Search button.
• The full grade card is displayed on your screen.
• You can print it out for your records.

The aforementioned steps must be followed by candidates in order to view their grades or score card on a screen. All of your subject marks and grades will be shown on the screen along with your grade card for the chosen program. You just need to wait a while if your grade card says it's incomplete and some of the subjects aren't listed. IGNOU is updating your grade card with all of your subjects, and it will soon be updated with all of your subjects' grades. Candidates can print out their grade cards for their records.

Things to Check with IGNOU Grade Card

Term-end theory exam, practical, and assignment grades are displayed on the grade card. After calculating each mark that each student earned across all three factors, grades will be assigned to all subjects. In the absence of a practical component, the grade will be determined by the performance on the theory exam and the submission of homework. The percentage that candidates receive can be calculated using their grades and marks. It is advised for candidates to carefully check their grade reports and make sure that all subjects are listed online with the proper marks and grades.

General Instructions

• 20th to 37th Convocation of the University were held, as per the following details:-
• The certificates of eligible students of Master Degree, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma and Diploma Programmes have been forwarded to their Regional Centre/Regional Centre opted by the students for issuing to them.
• The certificates of Post Graduate Certificate and Certificate Programme are available with the Headquarters.
• However, the students who have not received the Degree/Diploma/ Certificate may know the Regional Centre/Headquarters where their Certificate was sent/available and apply online to receive the same, if not received, so far.
• The certificates of the students who have already registered online for this purpose will be issued shortly by the Regional Centre/Headquarters, if not issued, so far.

Instructions for the Students:-

• The students who become eligible for award of Degree/Diploma/ Certificate in the 20th and 35th Convocation but have not received the Certificate/not registered, so far may apply/register for this purpose now.
• After successful registration, they can Log in and fill up the requisite details, if required and upload the necessary documents i.e. 1. IGNOU IDENTITY CARD and 2. GRADE CARD/PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE in jpg/jpeg format having file size up to 100kb
• Eligible students are also required to pay the requisite fee Online for this purpose, as per the details below:
• Rs. 200/- for PG Certificate/ Certificate programmes for the students who have completed their Certificate programme in the 34th to 37th Convocation.
• No fee for PG Certificate/ Certificate programmes for the students who have completed their Certificate programme in the 20th to 33rd Convocation.
• The requisite fee can be paid online through the following modes:
• Debit/ Credit Card (Master/Visa/Rupay) of any bank.
• Net Banking
• Students can print the acknowledgement after successful payment of the requisite fee.
• For query, if any, about the Master Degree, Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma and Diploma Programmes Certificate, the concerned Regional Centre may be contacted where the Certificate was forwarded. The address and email id address of the concerned Regional Centre may be seen in the particulars of the student shown while filling the requisite details by the student.

Indira Gandhi National Open University has extended the IGNOU assignment last date for ODL and online programmes for June TEE 2024 to be on May 31, 2024. Students must submit their reports in online mode, by clicking on the link below, by the deadline. This is worth noting that the IGNOU assignments must be submitted physically, at the allotted study centre. The IGNOU has released the guidelines that students must comply while preparing and submitting their assignments. Here are the updated guidelines:

All the assignment should be hand written.

Students must use A4 ruled paper (unless it is instructed on your TMA).

Leave 4 cm margin on left and right side of each page.

Do not use staplers, to bind the pages; you use need threads (what is typically found with cover files).

Avoid using any ink colour other than blue and black.

First you need to attach the cover page (You will find it at your study centre).

Then, attach a photocopy of your IGNOU ID card.

After that, attach a copy of your TMA (question paper on your assignment document).

Lastly, attach your hand written answers.

Leave one blank page in the end.

Do not use any files while submitting your assignments. Your assignment should only consist of the pages, tied with a thread.

You must take a submission receipt, which will be stamped by the study centre with submission dates. In case, your study centre is unable to provide you one, take a photocopy of the cover page of your assignment and get that stamped.

Note: For submission of practicals, you need to use a cover file.

Prepare the assignments accordingly and make sure to write the name, enrolment number, address, and study centre at the start of their assignments.

Then, candidates have to submit their IGNOU assignments at their respective study centres. It is very important for every candidate to know the location of their study centre.

Do not forget to get the slips signed by the HOD after the submission of the assignment. Candidates have to write the name of the IGNOU courses for which they have submitted the assignment, their enrolment number and date of submission. Candidates are advised to preserve this slip for future references.

Once candidates have submitted their assignments to IGNOU study centre, the evaluation process by IGNOU evaluators begins. Once assignments have been submitted through any of the available methods before the last date of IGNOU assignment submission, they are sent to the evaluator of the study centre or regional centre for assessment. Upon successful evaluation, the evaluator will either upload the marks directly to the IGNOU site or send them to IGNOU Delhi for online updating. Generally, IGNOU assignment marks are uploaded and updated within 40 days of submission to the relevant study or regional centre.

Since i have completed my examination and have completed my all subjects as well.
