Step 6: Choose File

When you see the file window click on the assignment file. For your own ease, place these files on your desktop or any other place where you can find them easily.

Step 7: Size of File

Make sure that the file size is not bigger than 5 Mb, otherwise, it will not be uploaded. 

Step 8: Reconfirm

It is also possible that you select the wrong file so you have to reconfirm that the selected file is the right one.

Step 9: Submitted

Click on the Submit option and your file will be submitted in a while for grading.

Allama Iqbal Open University has made a section for Assignment Question Papers on their website. But unfortunately, the section is not easy to navigate that’s why students encounter confusion while accessing the Assignment list.

Make sure you are a student of one of these Programs (given in the table). Only these programs of AIOU are applicable for assignment download and submission.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD AIOU ASSIGNMENTS QUESTION PAPERS?

If you want to download the AIOU assignments question papers, then follow these steps:

• Visit the Official website of  Allama Iqbal Open University .
• Move to the Examination section and click the Assignments (Question Papers) link.

• Now move to your Semester and Year. (Example Spring 2022 OR Autumn 2022).
• Select your Degree Program from the list and click it.

• You will be redirected to a new page like the one shown below.
• Now, in the list, search for your course codes. (What are my courses codes?) You can find your course codes on the LMS portal along with Tutor names. See  how to find tutor information and course codes .

• Find your course codes one by one and click the download icon in front of the course code.
• A new PDF or DOC file will open. Click on the download icon if the download doesn’t start automatically.
• The downloaded file can be found in the ‘downloads’ folder of your mobile or computer.

Download AIOU Assignment Cover Form

For making assignments, students also need to add an assignment covering form with the assignment file. Here is the procedure to download the covering form of assignments.

• Visit AIOU official website.
• Move to the examination section.
• Click Assignment QP.
• Move to your Spring/Autumn 2022 Semester section.
• Click Assignment Covering Form.
• The download will start automatically

You can also download the  covering form for 2022 Spring  Semester here.

Attaching a covering form with your assignment is a requirement for assignment submission. Any assignment without a covering form may get rejected by the Tutor. So make sure to download and attach the covering form with your assignments.

The  assignment Submission dates  are announced by AIOU on their website. You can check the assignments Submission dates on the official website of Allama Iqbal Open Univerisity.

AIOU doesn’t allow Tutors to accept assignments after the given due date. You have to  submit assignments on AIOU enrollment portal  within the due date.

AOIU made this decision because of the coronavirus epidemic condition. The decision was made for the safety of the students and tutors. Now there is no need to go for a tutor for the submission of your assignment. Let’s learn how to aiou assignment upload online. 

From now onward all the candidates who are directly or indirectly engaged with AIOU have to send their assignments online. The process of submission of assignments online is completely described here for the easiness of the students. How to Upload Assignments on LMS 2023

Upload Assignment 1 in the proper folder for Assignment 1 and Assignment 2 in the proper folder for Assignment 2. Any misconduct in the uploaded files will result in no marks. Copy and paste will result in no marks. If two students are found to have the same assignment (Copy Paste), they will be failed in the assignment.
